Track Your Order

You can follow the progress of your order from dispatch through to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to keep track of your purchase.

## How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page (where tracking is available). Simply click the link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to see the latest status of your delivery.

If you have an account with us, you can also log in and view your order status under *My Account > Orders* at any time.

## Order Statuses Explained

- *Order received:* We’ve received your order and payment. It is now being prepared.
- *Processing:* Your order is being picked and packed in our warehouse (usually within 1–2 working days).
- *Dispatched:* Your order has left us and is on its way. Your tracking details will be active shortly after this point.
- *Out for delivery:* The courier is delivering your order to you, typically on the same day.
- *Delivered:* Your order has arrived.

## Delivery Timescales

- *Processing time:* 1–2 working days
- *UK mainland delivery:* typically 3–5 business days after dispatch

Larger items such as barbecues, outdoor kitchens, and bulky equipment may be delivered by a specialist courier. In these cases we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

## Haven’t Received Your Tracking Details?

Tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received it:

- Please check your spam or junk folder.
- Allow up to 2 working days from your order date for processing.
