## 1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, or other remote areas, additional charges or extended timescales may apply. ## 2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
## 3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, UK mainland orders are typically delivered within *3–5 business days*. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Larger items (such as barbecues or outdoor kitchens) may require a specialist courier and could take slightly longer; in such cases we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
## 4. Delivery Charges
We offer *free standard delivery* on all orders to the UK mainland. Any applicable charges for remote areas or specialist courier deliveries (where they apply) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
## 5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send you tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
## 6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
